What We Provide

The full pack, engineered as one system

A battery pack is cells, protection, mechanics, thermal design and data, designed together or compromised separately. We take responsibility for the whole system.

Pack design & engineering

Cell selection, electrical architecture, mechanical design and thermal strategy, engineered from your platform's specification, not a catalogue.

Chemistry selection

NMC for energy density, LFP for cycle life and thermal stability, high-drain Li-ion for burst loads. Chosen per application, with the trade-offs explained.

Integrated BMS

Protection, balancing and telemetry configured to your load profile. Supports CAN, SMBus, RS-485 or UART into your system's compute.

Ruggedisation

Sealed enclosures, potted electronics, damped mounting and reinforced interconnects for platforms that work in the field, not the lab.

Prototyping at low MOQs

Packs built in ones and tens for development and trials, then the same design scales into repeatable production.

Testing & traceability
