Odd shapes. Extreme environments. Ten units, not ten thousand. A discontinued pack your equipment still depends on. If your application doesn't fit a catalogue, it fits here. We engineer lithium packs for the requirements everyone else turns away.
Most battery suppliers optimise for volume: standard shapes, standard specs, big MOQs. That leaves a whole world of legitimate engineering requirements without a supplier. Those are the ones we take.
Retrofit cavities, curved housings, split compartments, height limits measured in millimetres. When the battery must fit the machine (not the other way around), pack geometry becomes a design exercise, and we treat it as one.
Continuous vibration, wash-down cleaning, sub-zero starts, high-altitude operation, corrosive atmospheres. Standard packs specify a lab; your application specifies reality.
Ten packs for a pilot fleet or one pack for a test rig deserves the same engineering rigour as a mass-market product. Most manufacturers won't take the order; low-volume specials are a core part of what we do.
Discontinued packs strand working machines: imported equipment, legacy instruments, early-generation robots. We reverse-engineer the electrical and mechanical interface and build a modern lithium replacement.
No catalogue to match you against. We start from your constraints and design outward.
L-shapes, rings, wedges, split packs, flex-connected sections. Cell layout and mechanics designed to your exact envelope.
NMC, LFP, high-drain Li-ion or LTO chosen for your energy, power, cycle-life, temperature and safety priorities, not what's in stock.
Protection thresholds, balancing, telemetry and connector interfaces configured to your equipment's behaviour and integration needs.
Electrical and mechanical interface matching for discontinued batteries with the same fit and function, modern cells and protection.
Sealing, potting, thermal design and material selection engineered against your actual operating conditions.
The same design scales from a single validated prototype to repeatable batch manufacture, without changing supplier.
We start from your constraints (envelope, loads, environment, interfaces) and write the pack specification with you, not for you.
Cell layout, protection architecture and mechanical design reviewed against the application before anything is built.
Every special is tested against its own specification (capacity, load, fit and function) before it ships.
Even a one-off ships with its test record and build documentation, so the pack is maintainable and repeatable later.
Packs for niche machines (inspection tools, portable test rigs, autonomous equipment) built around the machine's constraints.
Modern lithium replacements for discontinued packs in imported and legacy equipment.
One-off packs for experimental platforms, test benches and university research programmes.
Packs engineered for cold, heat, vibration, altitude and exposure beyond commercial ratings.
Development packs for new vehicle concepts and pilot fleets ahead of production sourcing.
If it runs on a battery and nothing off the shelf fits, that's the brief. Tell us what you're building →
Special-purpose work is partnership by definition: your application knowledge, our pack engineering, one specification written together.
Your engineers talk to our pack designers, not a sales layer. Requirement discussions happen in volts, amps and millimetres.
We build packs in ones and tens for development, then scale the same design into production.
Local engineering, local manufacturing, local support. Short iteration loops and a supply chain your programme can actually visit.
Beyond the pack: chargers, smart-battery telemetry and monitoring from one partner, so your power system is designed as a whole.
Share your platform's power budget, envelope, duty cycle and environment, under NDA where needed.
Cell selection, pack architecture, BMS configuration and mechanical design proposed against your spec.
Working packs on your platform for field trials; design iterated on real mission data.
Repeatable manufacture with cell QC, end-of-line testing and batch traceability.
Describe the application, the constraints and the quantity, even if it's one unit. Our engineering team will tell you honestly what's possible and propose a design.
