The Engineering Challenge

The requirements catalogues can't serve

Most battery suppliers optimise for volume: standard shapes, standard specs, big MOQs. That leaves a whole world of legitimate engineering requirements without a supplier. Those are the ones we take.

Geometry

The space is the space

Retrofit cavities, curved housings, split compartments, height limits measured in millimetres. When the battery must fit the machine (not the other way around), pack geometry becomes a design exercise, and we treat it as one.

Environment

Conditions off the datasheet

Continuous vibration, wash-down cleaning, sub-zero starts, high-altitude operation, corrosive atmospheres. Standard packs specify a lab; your application specifies reality.

Volume

Serious engineering at small quantities

Ten packs for a pilot fleet or one pack for a test rig deserves the same engineering rigour as a mass-market product. Most manufacturers won't take the order; low-volume specials are a core part of what we do.

Obsolescence

The battery died before the equipment

Discontinued packs strand working machines: imported equipment, legacy instruments, early-generation robots. We reverse-engineer the electrical and mechanical interface and build a modern lithium replacement.
